Our fair will run 11 days. To hold a particular space, payment is required with your contract. Your space will be held until 15 March 2012.
Space: Rented as is! Nothing is to be nailed or affixed to the floor, permanent walls or tables. Any damages must be paid prior to the end of the fair. The use of microphones is generally not permitted, and must be approved in writing.
Food Vendors: You must call the Gwinnett County Health Department; (770) 963-5132 - FAX (770) 339-4282, to schedule an inspection of your food booth. Last year, Food Permits cost $325 (amount subject to change). This must be paid 30 days in advance, mailed to the Health Department 455 Grayson Highway, Suite 600 - Lawrenceville 30045. Used cooking oil must be deposited in an appropriate used-oil barrel, provided by the fair. No popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cones or candy apples may be sold.
Camping: $20.00 per day per hookup. Spaces limited. Must be reserved in advance.
Stock Trucks: $100.00 for the entire fair. Spaces limited. Must be reserved in advance.
To help you plan your work schedule, opening hours during the fair will be:
5 PM - Monday through Friday
11 AM – Saturday
1 PM – Sunday
The Exhibit Building normally closes at 10 or 11 PM, 9 PM on Sundays. No teardown before closing on the last Sunday. Violations of this rule may result in your not being invited back. Teardown can be completed on Monday, after the close of the fair.
Passes: Fees include passes for your workers. SELLING OR GIVING AWAY OF PASSES AT THE FAIR IS NOT PERMITTED. It is recommended you have no more than 3 persons manning your booth at 4 to 6 hour shifts - 2 persons will be less cramped.
